Chris has over 5 years of experience in property management and business development and has successfully repositioned over 60 properties and relocated over 200 tenants. Chris studied Sociology and earned a BA from UCLA.
Chris also comes with over 8 years of military experience; he is a decorated veteran of multiple tours during both the Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom campaigns. From his military experience, Chris has embodied three key principles into his professional work; integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all he does. Chris loves to exercise and hike regularly with his two dogs on the weekend.
Chief Operating Officer
Edan Avital attended California State University Channel Islands where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and holds an active California Real Estate License. Edan formerly served as the Chief Operating Officer of Strategic Legacy Investment Group, Inc., a private equity real estate investment firm that also provided real estate services such as property management, real estate brokerage, and construction management. Edan started with the company in 2014 and played a vital role in taking the company from concept to a $170MM business in just over three years. With his knowledge in acquisitions, development, property management, and investor relations, Edan hopes to focus on managing all aspects of operations while working closely with the team to build strong leadership within the organization to continue business growth and lead the team towards high achievements and rewards.
Edan is responsible for overseeing the organizations business growth strategies, marketing, processes and procedures, and day to day operations with a focus on driving long-term growth to further establish Concord in a highly competitive market. On his free time, Edan enjoys hiking, boating, snow skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
Eric von Bluecher
Eric specializes in multi-family investments throughout the West Los Angeles beach cities including Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey & Playa Vista. Eric prides himself in providing clients with fantastic opportunities in one of the tightest markets in the country. Where other companies shy from a challenge, Concord shines with team members like Eric and his ability to produce off-market deals from years of relationships he has built with clients in the West LA area.
Prior to joining the Concord team, Eric managed sales teams for a Fortune 500 company both in California & New York, all while founding a successful sporting goods company. He enjoys traveling, exploring the California coastline in search of great surf, and spending time with his family.
Veronica is the first point of contact to any property management inquiry, from any maintenance requests to new property take-overs, you name it! She is in charge of assisting our Property Management Director with any daily tasks and activities in the Property Management side at Concord. Veronica transitioned from one of the top companies in the self-storage industry to the commercial and residential management side of real estate. With her extensive customer service and problem solving experience, she is able to assist all our tenants with high quality service. Along with her positive, can do anything attitude, she is a great asset to our Property Management team.
Veronica is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Systems and Operations Management at the California State University of Northridge. Outside of work and school, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, eating at new places, working out and going to Disneyland with her daughter.
Bronte specializes in the sale of shopping centers, mixed-use properties, and development properties in the West LA markets. Her honest work ethic and determination to achieve client satisfaction are qualities that showcase her commitment to an industry where creating strong relationships is paramount. In the past, she has done extensive property analysis, developing innovative and essential perspectives into investment opportunities and executing on strategies to ensure her client’s needs are met.
She strives to continue gaining knowledge of her target markets through consistent research and involvement with the Urban Land Institute and the Jewish Federation. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, with a focus in real estate. When not in the office, you might find her singing, biking, or salsa dancing.
Tali Diamond specializes in residential sales and high end leases in the Los Angeles area. She comes to Concord after working for years in the fashion industry as a retail executive and even owned her own fashion brand. While fashion was her passion, real estate is in her blood. Coming from a family of developers Tali has developed a keen eye for a great property. Most recently Tali has blended her skills and works with individuals and families relocating to the LA area, ensuring that their home search is as smooth and seamless as possible. Like in fashion, Tali realizes that your home is also a reflection of your personal style. She takes this role seriously in making her clients realize their vision and making it come through fruition.
Tali utilizes every traditional marketing method and incorporates today’s modern technology to assist sellers and buyers alike. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles. Stewart’s interests include coding full stack web applications, writing automation scripts, and solving challenging real life problems with technology. Away from the computer screen, Stewart enjoys keeping in great physical shape through long distance running.

Reza is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Accounting. Reza Joined the Concord Real Estate Group in 2015, bringing over 5 years of real estate experience along with a professional focus in property accounting. Reza recently relocated to Los Angeles from the Boston area and he enjoys being active in the sunny California climate. Taking full advantage of our amazing local weather, he enjoys playing recreational sports, hiking, and hanging out on the beach. The cooler season finds him off skiing and traveling abroad.
Tim specializes in the wide range of Management Services we offer at Concord. A career that began as a Resident Manager, Tim’s knowledge of tenant and manager relations is a key asset in the daily operations of Property Management. From the mobile office, he can advertise and show vacant units, maintain property upkeep, settle tenant issues, as well as create and maintain an active line of communication on property occurrences. Prior to Concord Tim spent time in the entertainment industry, becoming a Screen Actors Guild member for his work on the 2008 remake of the feature film “Fame”. A native of Philadelphia, Tim has the blue collar work ethic to assure complete client satisfaction.
As Concord’s Marketing Manager, Rod is responsible for the design and execution of all the marketing materials for the Concord brand. He got his start in Chicago designing collateral for new residential high-rise developments. Rod has over 10 years’ experience in art direction, graphic design, production art and project management. Prior to joining Concord, Rod worked at Marcus & Millichap designing customized sales tools for properties worth $10,000,000+.
In his free time, Rod is involved in sound art projects, attending galleries, practicing yoga, hiking and enjoying all that LA has to offer.
Director of Property Management
As Director of Concord’s Property Management division, Avi brings years of experience as a property manager and field supervisor to the forefront of our company’s operations; overseeing the management and monetization of client properties. Avi began his career in real estate working in property management and residential and retail leasing in New York City. Servicing a more than 400-unit portfolio throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, Avi learned the ins-and-outs of property management, gaining a fundamental understanding of property laws, apartment and retail leasing, and owner-tenant relationships.
Avi’s career lead him to Los Angeles, where he began to focus on managing and leasing multi-family properties and short-term executive business stays. With a growing interest in the business development side of property management, Avi arrived at Concord as one of the first members of the management team. Now, as Director of Property Management, Avi serves as a direct liaison with property owners, developing personal relationships with each client and crafting customized plans to target properties and maximize return on investments. He has been a cornerstone in building the department and growing our Mobile Management concept.
Natasha brings over 3 years of experience working in accounting and property management. She works with the utmost professionalism in dealing with clients, vendors, and works alongside Concord’s controller. She enjoys living in Los Angeles and when not in the office you’ll find her hiking to the Hollywood sign, visiting museums or spending time at the beach!
Berenice specializes in multi-family investments in the Echo Park, Westlake and Downtown Los Angeles adjacent markets, representing both buyers and sellers. Her standout work ethic and resolve in meeting client needs have time and again shown Berenice to be a consummate professional committed to the field of real estate. She approaches each transaction with the sole focus of seeing her client’s goals guided through to success from start to finish.
Berenice graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Public Policy and an emphasis in Real Estate Development. Prior to joining Concord, Berenice interned for several real estate firms and was heavily involved in business and real estate organizations as a student. During her spare time, she enjoys hiking, cycling, and traveling.
Diana is a licensed real estate agent in both California and New York. She grew up in Newport Beach California in a family employed in both Mortgage Lending and Real Estate. Diana is a seasoned runner, health enthusiast and brings an expertise in staging, photography and detail to every real estate opportunity.

Mike specializes in the Culver City, Mar Vista and Palms markets, procuring buyers and sellers for some of the most exclusive properties in the LA area. In the past, Mike has worked for a successful Fortune 500 company, specializing in the intricacies of federal government policies and regulations. Keyvan is an Investment Associate with Concord Real Estate Services, specializing in multi-family investment and development opportunities. As an investment property owner and property manager for 4 years prior to joining Concord, Keyvan has a keen understanding of the needs, challenges, and opportunities of property owners. Keyvan earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

John 40 + years’ experience spans multiple disciplines and industries including Public Accounting, Manufacturing, Government, Health Care and Property management. He is Certified in Pennsylvania (inactive) and candidate in California as of 2016.
His undergraduate work is from Penn State University and MBA from California Lutheran University.
Prior to joining Concord, John was the Chief Financial Officer at a Beverly Hills Property Management Company.

Miri Robin was born and raised in Los Angeles and has been a resident of Beverlywood since 2004. She values and appreciates the quality of life there as well as the surrounding communities. As CEO of Concord, Reuben’s vision of building and leading a full service real estate company has turned into a reality and continues to grow. Reuben attended Sy Syms Business School at New York City’s Yeshiva University, majoring in marketing with a minor in finance, and became a licensed commercial real estate broker in California in 2001. In 2009, Reuben was named to the National Association of Realtors 30 under 30 as one of the young stars in the real estate industry.
From humble beginnings as a commercial real estate broker in 2001, today Concord employs over 60 people and offers property owners services in management, sales, leasing, finance, and construction. Reuben is a member of the Beverly Hills Realtor Association where he sits on the Public Policy Committee and The Jewish Federation, where he has served as chair of the Real Estate & Construction Division’s campaign. An active voice in the community, he sits on the boards and committees of several philanthropic organizations. Reuben enjoys spending time with his wife Miri and their 5 children, staying physically fit, and traveling.

Jonathan Shapiro is responsible for running the Capital Markets department at Concord Real Estate Services where he assists clients in financing their real estate deals with a wide variety of loan types including permanent, bridge, construction, and mezzanine/ preferred equity loans.
Jonathan attended the business school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned Bachelor’s Degrees in both Finance and Real Estate. Jon formerly worked at George Smith Partners where he underwrote, marketed, and closed over $275mm of debt and equity products ranging from permanent debt and highly-structured bridge loans to joint-venture and preferred equity. Prior to George Smith Partners Jon worked at RCLCO Real Estate Advisors doing predevelopment due diligence studies among other real estate advisory work, and at KPMG where he performed valuations and valuation reviews on over $3billion worth of commercial real estate assets.
Leslie Sitbon is a residential associate specializing in the Beverlywood and Beverly Hills. Grecia Velazco specializes in the marketing efforts for Managing Director Guillermo Ma. Grecia helps with the proposal and marketing packages for listings as well as keep up to date records on properties sold in the area and new listings posted every day. Grecia has over five years of experience in marketing and communications and received a degree in public relations from California State University, Sacramento. In her spare time Grecia enjoys exploring the city, hiking and traveling all over the world.
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations Sara is responsible for the oversight of office operations, procedures, administrative staff, human resources and facilities management. Sara brings over a decade of real estate office experience and dedication to Concord, ensuring everyone from the agents to outside vendors are given the individual attention that sets Concord apart from the competition.
Prior to joining Concord, Sara held management positions in both the brokerage and corporate offices during her more than ten-year career with Marcus & Millichap. Sara is a Los Angeles native, a true valley girl to be exact, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. Sara enjoys off-road motorcycle riding, martial arts with her two sons and spending as much time as possible enjoying life with her family and friends.
Andrew Wilkey is a Newport Beach native who graduated from San Francisco State University in 2014 with a BA in Business Finance / Commercial Real Estate. Andrew spent his college career interning for various real estate corporations and working part-time at multiple St. Regis 5-Star Hotels & Resorts. After University, Andrew joined Cushman & Wakefield’s property management team working to maintain San Francisco’s landmark office building, The Transamerica Pyramid. A year later, Andrew decided to chase a sales career in Santa Monica where he joined Prosser Stevens Real Estate Investments as a sales/ financial analyst for top producing broker Kenny Stevens.

Bita specializes in the sale of multi-family and development properties, with a primary focus in the rapidly emerging areas in and around the city of Inglewood and the San Fernando Valley. Bita studied Business Law at Cal State Northridge and received a Law Degree with numerous distinctions from the University of West Los Angeles, where she was included on the Dean’s List.
Bita’s comprehensive knowledge of her market area, its current tenant compositions, target demographics, and her extensive landlord relationships all allow her to tailor innovative and effective occupancy solutions for her clients. Prior to joining Concord, Bita managed hundreds of real estate cases for Bank of America’s litigation office. She also prosecuted numerous cases as a law clerk with the District Attorney’s office.

Jackie is Senior Vice President of Investments at Concord Real Estate Services with over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. Previously, Jackie served as Senior VP of the South Park Group, specializing in the greater Los Angeles area. He was focused on land acquisitions for mixed-use projects and income properties in the multi-family, office, and retail sectors. Jackie was also a Director at KW Commercial Brentwood, where he sold properties in the REO market before finally arriving here at Concord.
In addition to his real estate experience, Jackie was an international consultant and trader of high-end Italian fashion and apparel. Whether presenting a clothing line to the most knowledgeable buyers in the world, or as he does today, meeting with the most experienced property investors in Los Angeles, Jackie has the people skills and negotiation tactics to represent even the sharpest of client’s best interests. Jackie is devoted to his wife and family, loves to study Talmud, Kabala, and was involved in the creation of a Sephardi community in Los Angeles.
